Zimmer war gut, wenn etwas fehlte oder kaputt war, wurde es sofort behoben. Frühstück lässt zu wünschen übrig: nur Plastikgeschirr, kaum Auswahl und qualitativ nicht gut! Schade!

Baustelle, sofort storniert!
Hotels.com war nicht bereit, obwohl wir nie in die Baustelle eingecheckt haben, kostenlos zu stornieren. Das Hotel hat gesagt, liegt an Hotels com Keine Bar kein Frühstück!

Es tut uns leid, dass Sie nicht vollständig zufrieden waren. Auf den Bildern sieht es so aus, als ob Sie den hinteren Teil des Hauses betreten haben, der für Gäste nicht zugänglich ist. Das ist ein Wartungsbereich und nicht Teil des öffentlichen Raums. In Bezug auf das Frühstück, während das Buffet derzeit aufgrund der COVID-Bestimmungen eingeschränkt ist, liefern wir das Frühstück auf Wunsch des Gastes auf die Zimmer

Personal war sehr freundlich, organisiert und immer hilfsbereit und der Zimmerservice war hervorragend. Die Betten und die Einrichtung waren schon etwas abgenutzt.Im Zimmer gab es keinen Schrank für Kleidung.Das Frühstück ist eintönig, es gibt immer nur Rührei, Würstchen , Toast mit Butter, Marmelade und Sirup. Immer nur Vanillejoghurt.Keine Wurst, kein Käse, keine Gurke, keine Tomate.Ab und zu mal ein gekochtes Ei oder ein Spiegelei wäre ohne grösseren Aufwand machbar.

Nur 2 Gehminuten zum Times square, 5 Gehminuten zur 5th Avenue. Schick eingerichtet, sauber. Das Personal ist Top! Super nett, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit. Frühstück mit Croissant, mit und ohne Schokolade, Rührei, Toast, Kaffee, Saft, Marmelade, Joghurt. Stylisch eingerichtet und eine tolle Rooftop Bar ‚Haven‘. Unbedingt reservieren!

Perfekt für einen Städtetrip
Nicht einmal 100 Meter vom Times Square entfernt. Perfekte Lage für einen Städtetrip. Das Frühstück ist nach einigen Tagen sehr eintönig. Für amerikanische Verhältnisse aber ordentlich. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat gestimmt. Wir würden bei unserer nächsten Tour wieder dort buchen.

Hübsches Boutique Hotel am Times Square
Der Check in war schnell und freundlich. Auch die Jungs die immer an der Tür zur Begrüßung standen, waren sehr freundlich. Alle Waren sehr bemüht. Am Samstag wollten wir in der Rooftopbar zu Abendessen. Obwohl bei Open Table schon alles ausgebucht war hatten es die Damen von der Rezeption geschafft einen Tisch zu bekommen. Das einzig negative war unser Fenster im Hotelzimmer. Obwohl es geschlossen war, hätte man das Gefühl als sei überhaupt keines vorhanden. Es war sehr laut, vor allem Nachts.

It was an Ok stay for 1 night , layover.Reception was bland, it was not bad but not great , kept emphasize at check in the propery was "non smoking " ok , we never requested nor was bothered by it being Non smoking or smoking , seemed strange , Didnt advise hotel amenities which was also strange , thats how people.spend more $$$ .Mediocre stay , cant say I would recommend or stay again.

We stay at the Sanctuary every time we’re in NYC. The staff members seem to try to outdo each other when it comes to customer service. Every one we’ve met is absolutely wonderful! The rooms are clean and very quiet.

The staff were so kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. The breakfast included was convenient and delicious. I really enjoyed the ambiance and feel of the place. And of course, you can’t beat the location.

Perfect location for broadway shows, Time Square, restaurants. Everything is within walking distance! Rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast in the morning. Downside, there is a lot of noise on the street side.

Cute boutique hotel. Small room but it is well designed and comfortable. Can't see the light of day out the windows, however, bc they are so close to other buildings. However,, the staff is very friendly and the location is fabulous so I will likely be back.

We enjoyed our stay very much at this nice boutique hotel. Our room was very nice, quiet with a very comfortable bed. We had dinner at the rooftop restaurant " The Haven" and it was very good with a beautiful view. We look forward to returning again.

The stay overall was nice but the rooms are literally love shacks if you go with someone you’re not fond of you will feel trapped in your room. The photos are really deceiving the room is extremely small like you have to walk to the side just to get around the room. But outside of the room being extremely small the staff is great and the location.

I didn’t get the room in the photos for sure, I got less than 7 fit room, OLD, electrical bad, the breakfast was so poor OMG. That’s like throwing money to the garbage! I blame hotels.com also they gave it 4.5 stars that 2.5 starts at max!!
