We have another room category with a view which you would enjoy in a room with a wonderful view. We hope you can come back to us to have more pleasant experience. Also, we take pride in cleanness and profession, but we addressed your feedback to an engineering & housekeeping department to improve a quality of service. We hope you can give another opportunity to experience our service and product.

Thank you for your feedback. As you know, we did move your room as requested based on your assumption of 'bugs' in the room. Our front desk supervisor and engineer went to the room and did not note anything. As our protocol requires, we had our exterminator come and inspect the room. The inspection found no evidence of any bugs or insect activity.I understand you had allergy requirements, and we are always happy to prepare the room for any guests' specific needs, if and when we know prior to arrival.
