Sehr zufrieden
Ein tolles Hotel der Luxusklasse im Zentrum von New York. Von hier aus erreicht man sehr viele zu Fuß. Tolle Lage. Leider hatte unser Zimmer keine Aussicht, aber es wurde gehalten, was versprochen. Das Zimmer und Service waren super. Leider war kein Frühstück inkludiert und dort zu frühstücken ist ein kleinen Luxus, denn alles kostet extra. Würde es dennoch wieder buchen.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der 5th Ave. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Sehr empfehlenswert. Das Restaurant Ai Fiori direkt im Hotel ist sehr sehr lecker.

Sehr gutes Stadthotel
Wir haben mit 4 Personen als Familie eine "Familiensuite" gebucht. Insgesamt ein sehr guter Eindruck, kleine Küche, sauber. Allerdings waren die Betten als Doppelbetten angegeben, allerdings waren es nur 2 größere Betten. Teppichboden ist m.E. nicht mehr aktueller Standard (kleinere Flecken vorhanden). Der Ausblick ist leider bei diesen Zimmern "nach hinten raus", wo sich auch noch direkt vor dem Zimmer eine Baustelle befand. Wir waren aber gerne im Hotel, toller Service.

The check in person was CRAZY aggressive trying to upsell me $500/night for a suite. There was some strange noise in the wall from midnight to 3am. Like a cell phone was buried in the wall or something. buzzing/vibration. The bell staff were very nice. LOVED the giant family room.

We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend! The customer service was above and beyond and the hotel was beautiful and very clean.
