Doppelzimmer sind bei Belegung „im Doppel“ einfach zu klein und damit zu teuer. Kein Platz für Koffer. Frühstück seehr einfach, nicht der Rede wert. Personal sehr freundlich.

Frühstück buchen kann man sich sparen. Es wird nur gerade das Allernötigste angeboten. Kein Käse, Wurst, Rühreier. Manchmal Kaffee nur aus Plastikbechern, manchmal kein Toast. Gymraum im Keller ohne Fenster und kaum Geräte. Schöne Zimmer. Gut ausgestattete Minibar. Gute Lage.

Für NYC typisch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber. Wie überall in USA Getränke aus dem Pappbecher zum Frühstück, aber immerhin richtiges Besteck und ein Porzellanteller. Matratze etwas durchgelegen und zu weich.

Hotel in guter Lage, Zimmer sind in einem guten Zustand und auch das Frühstück ist Basic aber reicht vollkommen aus, wenn man kein riesiges Büffet aus Urlaubresorts erwartete. Zwei negative Punkte: - Zimmer sind sehr laut, es gibt aber Earplugs - Wifi ist leider sehr schlecht in den Zimmern, was ich persönlich sehr nervig fand. In der Lobby funktioniert es gut.

Loved our stay at the Maritime. An older hotel that was well appointed. Beautiful welcoming lobby. Quick check in. Lovely staff. Only problem was noise from the street late at night which was Not hotels fault!

It’s a charming boutique hotel. I had very comfortable stay. Room was cozy, clean and surprisingly quiet. Friendly staff. I liked the ambiance of the hotel-cozy and relaxed. There was free breakfast which was ok but can be improved. (Maybe fresh artisanal bread and espresso coffee could be nice?:) but they had my favorite honeycrisp apples which were very rare to see them at hotel continental breakfast! So still deserve 5stars! 😊

False advertising
The hotel is nice and location is great. Only issue Is rooms are small but advertised as being 275sqft which is the reason we booked. The room is not even close to that, more like 180 sqft which is about standard for New York. Won’t stay again because of that.

Quiet room. Well appointed. Very convenient to City Winery venue and A train from Penn Station. With the extreme cold weather location was key. Will be back to investigate mire if downtown area

Quintennial NYC Experiences
We arrived at the Hotel at 4:30am, it was cold and we were immediately greeted by a friendly staff at the door who helped with our bags. The hotel was very cozy and we have got a room straight away which were very helpful after 24 hours of travelling, the breakfast was good and the location is second to none. The staff were extremely helpful and responsive, which has left a memorable experience for us. Thank you.
