Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Wir hatten ein Deluxe Room gebucht. Zimmer im 7 Stock erhalten. Das Zimmer eine absolute Katastrophe also wieder in die Lobby. Kein Entgegenkommen nur gegen einen Aufpreis von 250$ neues Zimmer erhalten. Zimmer im 8 Stock erhalten. Leider war auch in diesem Zimmer alles andere als in Ordnung. Die Dusche hatte kein Wasser. Also wieder in die Lobby. Zimmer im 10 Stock erhalten, dort gab es wenigstens Wasser in der Dusche. Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Sauberkeit solala. Für 5 nächste fast 2000$ lohnt sich wirklich 0. Lage Top. Aber NIEWIEDER

Keinen Cent wert
Das Hotel verdient überhaupt keinen Stern! Ich teile meine Erfahrungen mit Ihnen, damit Sie nicht einen Fehler machen und dieses Hotel buchen. Kurz und bündig – tieferstehend dann die Details – : ./ sieht nicht so aus, wie auf den Fotos, ./ Einrichtung total abgenutzt, ./ Housekeeping gleich null, ./ unmotivierte Mitarbeiter. Wir haben 12 Tage in New York verbracht, alle Nächte in diesem Hotel. Bei der Ankunft war das Personal am Empfang bereits überrascht, dass wir solange in diesem Hotel bleiben. Die Zimmervergabe an uns war jedenfalls noch nicht klar, da das Personal unstimmig betreffend Vergabe war. Wir bekamen schließlich eines zugewiesen und Essengutscheine für ein Frühstück in die Hand gedrückt. Das Frühstück war zum Vergessen. Wenig Auswahl – u.a. keine Wurst – und das Essen schmeckte grauenhaft – das Croissant war geschmacklos und eher als drei Tage altes, mürbes Kipferl zu bezeichnen. Das Zimmer hat auf den ersten Blick nicht die versprochene Ausstattung, ein Sessel beim Schreibtisch hat gefehlt. Der TV war links neben dem Bett. Die genauere Betrachtung hätten wir uns sparen können bzw. hätte ich nur meine Kontaktlinsen abgelegt. Das Zimmer hat nichts mit unserer Buchung gemeinsam, die Möbel und alle Einrichtungsgegenstände waren total abgenutzt. Der Türspalt des Hotelzimmers war nicht ganz dicht und die ganze Nacht Dank des Lichtes am Gang sichtbar. Die Klimaanlage war so dermaßen laut, dass ein schlafen mit dieser unmöglich war. Das Hotel wirkte auf den Fotos sehr clean und sauber. Im Endeffekt war es in Ordnung, aber nicht so sauber wie ich es erwartet habe. Im Badezimmer gab es keine Klobürste, was schon sehr sonderbar ist. Am ersten Abend gab es nur wenige Handtücher, ab dem zweiten Tag wurden ausreichend Handtücher bereitgestellt. Das Bett war sehr bewuem. Das Hotel an sich war sehr laut. man hörte jeden Abend/Nacht/Morgen Türen knallen, Menschen kommunizieren und den Lärm auf der Straße. Also wer gerne ruhig schläft, sollte dieses Hotel nicht wählen. Pluspunkt: Es ist wirklich fast direkt im Times Square. Uns wurde ein Adapter für europäische Geräte gestellt. Auch als das Klo verstopft war kam sehr schnell jemand. Insgesamt ist das Hotel in Ordnung für New York, wer allerdings was richtig schickes/cleanes sucht, muss wohl noch mehr bezahlen als wir es für 4 Übernachtungen (1.300€, mittelgroßes Zimmer) getan haben.

The hotel room was quite worn and small - not like the photos at all! The windows felt so thin, we could hear beeping cars and banging bins all night long like they were inside our room. The staff were really nice, though, and the bar area is lovely. The car the hotel arranged to take us to the airport was really good - clean car and professional driver which was great.

I think sometimes having over produced photos online backfires— this is a small boutique hotel with small rooms and common spaces but portrays a different image online. Once I appreciate it for what it is, it’s great, but the bar, lobby, lounge, gym are all about half the size you think it is. I had a nice stay though!

The price was great for 2 nights in Times Square. Check in process was easy and got upgraded to a nice room. There were stains on the sheets and it showed free breakfast online upon booking, but we were told breakfast didnt come with our reservation. But they had free wine in the lobby in the evening.

Great location. Safe and quiet but close to Broadway shows and Times Square. All Staff interactions were great. Concierge kept bags when we arrived early and room was not ready. Concierge had great recs for food and gave great directions. Hotel kept bags on day of check out as well until we needed them at 6 pm.

Stayed here twice. Staff are great. Excellent location. Close enough to times square to be convenient but tucked into a side street that it's quiet enough to escape the hustle and bustle at night. Rooms are smaller than other hotels of same price and calibre and rooms are very very dark (paint and decor). Elevators are small and take forever to get to your floor. Wine and cheese hour is a very cool feature but would much rather have a coffee machine in my room.

We had an issue but it was quickly resolved by very helpful staff. The hotel is over all very cool and modern. There was noise from the hallway esp in the morning which was a bit disruptive when we were trying to sleep it. Our room was next to a utility closet and the opening and closing of that door by house keeping was really annoying. It was ok for what we paid for a 1 night stay.
