Cet hôtel n'est pas un hotel pour de longs séjours. Il faut faire réactiver la clé de la chambre à chaque jour et les usagés de ce lieu semblent réserver une chambre à l'heure. Ce n'est pas du tout un endroit pour une famille ou des enfants. Je ne me sentais pas en sécurité dans le quartier. En voyant les commentaires, je me disais que cela devrait être correct comme endroit puisque le montant de la chambre est beaucoup moins cher. Mais les commentaires positifs doivent être de faux comptes car honnête ment je ne vois ce qui mérite 5 étoiles à cet hébergement. Lors de ma troisième nuit, nos voisins de chambre ont écouté de la musique jusqu'à 3h30 du matin. Je peux passer par dessus quelques cheveux laissés lors du ménage, mais le quartier est terrifiant et nous devions revenir avant le coucher du soleil pour augmenter notre sentiment de sécurité. Franchement, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

The receptionist was untrained and unwelcoming. The carpet in the room was not clean and had many stains and burn marks. The bed sheets were not fresh. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, and i had to ask for it. There was no microwave in the room and no kitchen in the hotel to heat up food. The tiny closet didn't have a single hanger. I asked and was told they don't have hangers! I didn't see the presence of security. The neighborhood is not great, however, there are decent shops around, like Burlington, Marshalls, etc.

I must clarify that this establishment is a motel, not a hotel. The customer service experience was below par, with staff insisting on cash-only payments despite all forms of payment being accepted, as clearly stated on the property. This lack of flexibility led us to seek alternative accommodations, which turned out to be a blessing as we discovered a cleaner, safer, and overall better property elsewhere. I would advise against booking here.

The hotel itself was pretty nice it was close to nice restaurants which was a plus. But some of the places close by was pretty dirty

This place is very misleading. Rooms do not look nothing like the pictures. Room wasn’t ready upon arrival. This motel is for short stays not overnights as advertised on the site. Horrible experience

The person occupying a room across from me played music really loudly and argued with someone in the room very loudly from my check In till 11 that night … nonstop. I think they were on drugs or drunk..had to be. I had to call the front desk to ask them to calm down. My shower didn’t work and I had no stopper for bath. I used a towel to keep water from draining. I couldn’t see outside my windows, the windows are wrapped. Once the noise ceased from my neighbors I slept comfortably. I was able to shop because of the retail stores right across the street. Would I return, no. The hotel is worth $80nightly and that’s bc it’s in New York. Where I live it would be worth $60nightly. However it was clean and the bed was comfortable beside the thin linen. For 40 degree weather I had to keep the heat on. The staff was accommodating and my stay was only for one night

The wall is thin. You can hear screaming of fighting, and sexual. Door slamming. Smells of marijuana in the hallway, smells of smoking cigarettes in the room. Have to watch yourself feel unsafe. Definitely not for family with young kids to stay there.

I had a terrible experience. The hotel did not even have the correct rooms available for me and they are refusing to give me a refund. My team and I didn't stay more than one hour in the hotel and I'm furious. It looks nothing like the pictures. It smells like cigarettes. THIS USED TO BE A HOMELESS SHELTER BTW! Please don't waste your money here. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere in Time Square.

It is not what they describe in the picture; they have said two king-size beds. But they gave me one queen. When I complained, they still gave me two twin-size beds was super uncomfortable, cheap pillows, A broken refrigerator, broken shower, they advertise a complimentary breakfast but there's no such thing. a real bad experience for me, and I couldn't leave because it was paid for and they have a very strict policy of no refunds. I don't know if this always happens. But I travel a lot, and this never happened to me before.i dont write bad reveiws but they go too far with the advertising ....if they were truthful I could have gone somewhere else .
