Hotel sieht von außen eher unscheinbar aus. Auch die Lobby ist nicht sehr ansprechend. Das Zimmer war jedoch einwandfrei.

Schönes Hotel in Brooklyn
Wir waren für 5 Nächte in diesem Hotel, das Zimmer ist verhältnismäßig groß und modern Eingerichtet. Die Fließen hatte leider keine Fußbodenheizung, Barfuß war das sehr unangenehm. Beim Bad waren wir ganz zufrieden, einzig der Abfluss. Die Reinigungskarft hatte den Abfluss von Haaren befreit und vorübergehend in der Dusche zur Seite gelegt und da wurde es auch dann vergessen und nach dem dritten mal Beschweren war es uns dann zu blöd.

Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen, wenn man gern etwas außerhalb wohnen möchte. Die Zimmer sind relativ klein aber komfortabel und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das innenliegende Bad wird nur durch eine Milchglaswand abgetrennt. Man fühlt sich daher ein bisschen wie auf dem "Präsentierteller" Mit dem Frühstücksangebot waren wir leider gar nicht zufrieden. Es gab keine Auswahl an Wurst/Käse und auf Nachfrage hat man uns auf einen anderen Tag vertröstet. Es gab jedoch nie eine entsprechende Auswahl. Auch der Sirup für die Pancakes war alle und daher mussten wir diese relativ trocken verzehren...Wir sind dann die nächsten Tage in der unmittelbaren Umgebung frühstücken gegangen. Mein Fazit: kleines Hotel, welches für einen Kurztrip empfehlenswert ist. Kleinere Mängel sind vorhanden aber nicht übermäßig schlimm. Es gibt auch einen Shuttleservice zum Flughafen, welchen wir genutzt haben. (Im Hotel wurde uns gesagt das würde 55$ kosten - am Flughafen verlangte der total übermüdete Fahrer auf ein mal 65$....)

Top Hotel in Super Lage zum erkunden von New York
wir haben das Hotel für einen einwöchigen Urlaub in New York gebucht. wir wurden vom Hotel Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen. Unser Zimmer war relativ klein, aber für eine Erkundungsreise von New York vollkommen ausreichend. Sauberkeit, Komfort, sowie Lage des Hotels waren einwandfrei. in nur 5 Minuten ist fußläufig die Subway zu erreichen, in nur 15 Minuten ist man direkt in Manhattan. ein leichter Nachteil war die Lage des Zimmers zur Straße hin, da direkt ab früh morgens der Straßenlärm zu hören war. Da wir das Hotel aber jeden Morgen frühzeitig verlassen haben um die Stadt zu erkunden spielte aber auch das eine untergeordnete Rolle. es gibt auch Zimmer mit direktem Blick auf die New Yorker Skyline, was aber mit einem kleinen Aufpreis verbunden ist. Fazit: für die Erkundung von New York ein perfektes Hotel.

Nettes Hotel, bezahlbar für New Yorker Verhältnis
Ordentliches Hotel mit stimmigem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für New Yorker-Verhältnisse. Frühstück nimmt man besser eine Strasse weiter oben ein im Sunset Diner and Donuts. Das ist sensationell gut. Mit einem 7-Tage-Ticket für den ÖPNV werden die Fahrten nach Manhattan/New York City erschwinglich (ca. 30 USD). Hotel ist sauber und der Service ist sehr gut und sehr hilfsbereit. Parken für zusätzliche 20 USD plus Steuern pro Tag. Dafür ist der Parkplatz bewacht.

The location is definitely manageable in terms of getting to and from the more busy parts of NYC. This hotel is near a lovely bodega, local coffee shops, and plenty of options for dining if you walk a bit.

The staff and the location of the property were very nice. In a walkable distance is the metro station and the neighborhood is very lively and you can find whatever you can think of. However, the amenities were poor. We requested a room with two queen beds for 4 people and we got a room with doubles in which is not possible for 4 people to live in there. On top of that the bathroom was part of the tiny room and was divided with a semi see-through glass. Overall it was clean.

Reception desk communication is not so great. I called two days prior to check in to confirm registration details and still had issues checking in. The property is clean and located in and safe area. Lots of convenient walkable bodegas nearby. Points lowered for the weird bathrooms. It was difficult to maneuver in the bathroom and water went everywhere from the sink and shower. Overall, a decent stay.

The shower was leaking to the point where it was flooding to the front door. There were a lot of mold spots in the washroom. It seems like the caulking isnt replaced enough or the levelling of the tile is off based on how the water drains.

We chose this hotel for business travel based on location, and the location was good. The hotel was not impressive. There was a strong smell of pot getting off the elevator and the toilet in the room ran all night. There was no coffee cups which ended up being fine - since the coffee maker didn't work. The hotel room faced the street and was loud all night as well. It was a one night stay, so we survived.
