« Our stay was very nice. We felt safe in the house because of the off street parking, and multiple locked doors. The stairs up to the room were a little tricky to use. The neighborhood made me feel a little weary, but the street this listing was on felt safer than the others. Overall, the place served our purpose for our stay, and it was enjoyable and homey. »

« It's right downtown Newark and surrounded by everything which was great. What isn't great about it, is parking... You absolutely can not park on the streets from 12am to 6 am and during peak hours it's very difficult to find parking. The place was pretty tidy and neat. Any issues I had with the place the property manager was quick to respond. I think for the room it was a little pricey but overall a decent experience. Not bad at all. »

« First off the place was clean, bug-free. That's a plus. ITS A THIRD FLOOR, 1 BEDROOM APARTMENT. if steps are not your thing this is not for you ,you have 2 flights of steps to go up. It is a nice neighborhood. Quiet for being in the city. Parking is terrible you have to wait until later in the day to park near the home, because of the college students. And then Monday- Saturday you have to pay the electronic meter. If your away from the area it will not accept your electronic payment. You...

« Host had double booked using multiple calendars. I found this out 1 hour before we were supposed to arrive and 1 hour after our check in time. Customer service was also not helpful and didn’t call me back. Thankfully I did get refunded but had to scramble to find something as an alternative day of which is always a more pricey endeavor. I will not be using VRBO again thanks to this listing and my experience. »
