„We enjoyed our stay in this property while making a short visit to NYC. It is a short walk to the Broad St. Station for the train to Penn Station that gets you into the city. „I loved it here! Very clean. Beds were so comfortable. Felt very safe as there is a locked gate before you enter the apartment. A little confused when we arrived because I wasn’t aware it was below the taco place and not above it. Had an issue with the hot water because there wasn’t any in the shower. „Me and my daughter spent a week at Evonify. The communication with the host was perfect. The appartement very clean and we had everything we needed concerning kitchen- utensils. I couldn't make the dishwasher work but handwashed the plats etc. I can recommend Evonify to other tourists if you can imagine to walk 15 min to Elizabeth station. You also have Citi Grocery nearby for food shopping. Thank you for a pleasant stay. “
