This property is falsely advertised. I stayed here from 6/10/25 to 6/13/25 and it was a very disappointing couple of days. Had there not been a no refund policy, we would have left. This property comfortably sleeps 2 couples or 4 people willing to share two full sized beds. There are no twin beds, and the “double sofa” they mentioned barely fit my 10 year old child. This sofa was a 5 x 5 convertible futon and it was broken. There was a blowup in the third room. We’re only guessing it was a bed, there were no pillows or blankets for it . My sister had to lose out on money because there weren’t enough beds and she didn’t have anywhere to sleep so she had to get a hotel. The description of the property is extremely deceitful. They have one 24 inch tv in the entire apartment and only ac units, one in the master bedroom and one in the living room. There was a cooling fan in the second bedroom, but it generated so much heat it only cooled you down if you sat directly in front of it. It made the actual room hotter. Nothing in the third room. The ac unit in the master bedroom leaked and the living room ac unit smells really bad when the air is blowing out. There were no brooms or anything to clean up if we made a mess. Parking is horrendous. We had to park 3-4 blocks away because it’s inadequate parking near the home.This apartment is not even worth 100 a night let alone what they are charging. This place was a waste of money. I would not recommend staying here.
