This cozy private basement apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The layout includes a spacious bedroom with a queen bed and fresh linens, a welcoming living room, dedicated dining area, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, utensils, dishes), and a private bathroom with towels and toiletries. All spaces flow together seamlessly and are accessed through your own secure private entrance.
Fast WiFi, TV, heating, airconditioner and essentials such as a coffee/tea setup are included. Street parking is available right outside, and guests may enjoy access to the backyard for fresh air.
Note: Stairs from the private entrance lead to the suite; they are well‑lit and dry.

The basement has a utility pipe that runs along a portion of the ceiling, as shown in the photos. Most guests find the space comfortable and easy to use: however, guests over 5'11" feet tall may need to be mindful when passing through that specific area.
