« Totally okay. The most basic of basic in every way. The kitchen cabinets didn’t even have pull, no detergent to wash clothes, beds worn out, toilet paper was the like a tracing paper it was so thin (I did find some back up that was a little better) for the price feels like some small updates would make a big difference. The location was nice and quiet and close to downtown which was great. It was clean. »

« We loved the acreage and the location. Our dog got to run and run! We loved the set up of the house. Two rooms on one end, then a great room and kitchen and dining in the middle, then two rooms at other end. We enjoyed ourselves and had a blast at the game! »

« Great place, but previous guests must have put dirty dishes and cooking equipment away as we found the air fryer was gross and a few other items. They were in cabinets, so I am sure the cleaning crew didn't think to investigate it. Otherwise it was very clean. The only other negative was that the number that can sleep there can't eat at the table together. However, it clearly shows this in the photos, so we were not surprised. We LOVED the screened-in porch and spent most of our time there, so...

« The house is clean and overall as advertised. The instructions for access indicated a keyless entry but this was not correct there was a hidden key. The home is clean but there is limited privacy with the rooms having no or a loose barn door. The coffee maker was not working. There were two driveways and not clearly marked one was for the neighboring house. The neighbor’s parked what appeared to be our driveway and were playing extremely loud music at 2 in the morning for about 45 minutes. ...

« This place was ideal for our stay while taking care of our brother at Shands Hospital. It was in close proximity to the hospital, restaurants, grocery shopping and pretty much anything else you'd need. I love older properties as they each have their own unique character. The real wood floors in this place are gorgeous and the memory foam mattress in the master was very comfortable. « Beautiful property with tons of wildflowers conveniently located in Gainesville. The property has been meticulously updated and everything is fresh, clean and modern. Tons of hang out spaces for different people to talk. We even spent some time looking for four leaf clovers in the gardens! The communication between the property owner and myself was easy and the check-in/out processes couldn’t be more simple. Highly recommend and will definitely reuse again in the future! »
