« I waited in the lobby for a long time for the person to come out and looked disheveled like she was sleeping or doing something else. The room was a whole other situation. The bed had springs and creaked every slight movement and of course was uncomfortable. There was hair on the bed and in the bathroom so I assume it wasn’t cleaned either. I checked in around 9 pm so it wasn’t late but I couldn’t wait to check out »

« Arrived 1 hr early, wouldn't let me check in because they needed time to inspect the room...we waited 40 min, they let us in to a mothball smellin, stained comforter, and piss on the toilet seat "clean" room. The older lady up front was cranky and rude! Saw a maid vaping also...nice place yall »

« The coffee cafe staff were not excellent as they ignored me and my daughter, but the front staff and bar staff were excellent »

« Hotel clerk gave me a room that was not yet clean. This means that hotel staff has poor or broken communication. This is unacceptable. »

« Friendly staff, you can tell they are trying to remodel to keep things up to date. Also want to note, the room and bathroom was clean. However the makeup towels did have hair on it which was not mine. »

« Never ever stay here. Disgustingly filthy, dresser drawer handles broken and falling off. Door handle plate dirty dried liquid not wiped. Pink bacteria ring in the bathroom sink. Bathroom counter not clean or wiped down. I wiped it down with a paper napkin and was brown with dirt. Dead bugs in stairwell and walls filthy. Deplorable!!!!!!! Could not stay left in a hurry! »
