The property features a spacious living area with full-height windows and doors opening onto a large private sun deck, a well-equipped kitchen, a raised master bedroom suite, a freestanding bath within the bedroom, and a separate enclosed wet room. Central heating, free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and a private entrance add to the comfort of this unique retreat.

Living Area
Living Space – Spacious seating area with ambient lighting, Smart TV, and full-height doors and windows opening directly onto the large private sun-decked area. The elevated position provides far-reaching views across the surrounding countryside.
Kitchen – Well-equipped kitchen accessed up two steps from the living area, with oven, electric hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, cooking essentials, crockery and cutlery, wine glasses, baking sheet, and dining table.
Toilet/Cloakroom - A convenient downstairs toilet and cloakroom area is available for guests.

Master Bedroom Suite
Super King Bedroom - A distinctive hexagonal bedroom suite, with views from every window and a doorway leading onto a private wrap-around balcony with outdoor seating. The room also features a sofa, wardrobe, hangers, and room-darkening blinds.
Tub Area – Freestanding bath positioned within the bedroom suite, creating a relaxing and distinctive bathing experience.
Wet Room – Fully enclosed wet room with shower, WC, wash basin, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body soap, and other bathroom essentials.

The bedroom suite offers a particularly distinctive experience, with a super king-size bed, freestanding bath, and direct access to the wrap-around balcony. A separate enclosed wet room provides a shower, WC, and wash basin.

The Tree House can be hired alongside Drum Barn, Hayloft Cottage, and Woodworkers Cottage, allowing the wider Rose`s Bower accommodation collection to accommodate up to 22 guests. The Big Barn is also available separately as an event space for occasions including small weddings, wellness retreats, and birthday parties.
