« Le personnel est vraiment sympa et fait de son mieux pour satisfaire le client. Le chauffage était en panne, pas moyen de changer de chambre, pas de couverture pour palier au soucis et l'on nous rétorque que compte tenu du bas prix il ne fallait pas s'attendre à plus.....d'être tolérant car la construction date ??? De plus bien que ne fonctionnant pas le système de ventilation faisait un bruit permanent et très dérangeant. C'est dommage un petit peu d'entretien aurait augmenté la note d'un...

« The cabin floor was dirty, we found hair and a leaf on the top blanket of one beds and there was not enough hot water for 2 people to take back to back showers. The shower was also very small and it was difficult to shower off without touching sides of shower stall. Bathroom light and fan were extremely noisy. »
