Amazing Location – Perfect for a Large Family Stay
We had a wonderful 8-night stay at this Newport Beach house! The location is unbeatable—you literally step right onto the boardwalk then the sand. The beach was clean and family-friendly. Plus, it’s an easy walk to restaurants, a grocery store, and the Newport Pier. Balboa Pier was just a short drive or bike ride away, which made outings super convenient.Our group of 15 rented both units, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The setup worked great for our multi-family vacation. As described in the listing, the property is a bit dated and lightly stocked, but nothing surprised us—it matched the photos and description well. If your top priorities are location, space, and walkability, this place delivers.We spent a lot of time on the patios enjoying the ocean breeze. The only real downside was that the patio furniture could use an upgrade, but that was minor in the big picture. The property management was very responsive—when we had a small issue with one of the stoves, they sent someone out quickly and took care of it.Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely consider booking again!
