The property was perfectly located. It was fun with the foosball, games/puzzles, and all. The only complaints were about the bed and linens being uncomfortable in the main bedroom and the kitchen. The nonstick pans were a bit beat up but what made it difficult to cook was there was no cooking oil. Overall, we really liked the property, though, and have a favorable and positive view towards our stay.

Proximity to the ocean, shops, and the absence of noise and traffic on this treet. It was great to enjoy a morning coffee with the sound of the waves and the two neighborhood cats that checked in with us every morning. Having an Irish Pub a half a block away was great also. Our kids enjoyed the foosball and there was ample space for everyone.

Nye Beach Stay

We had a wonderful family get away at this Verbo property,I was the first time that we stayed at Verbo and we plan to stay in the future rather than hotels.

Home away from home

We love this home and location. We will be back next year. It is just blocks away from the beach. However, we were a little disappointed in the cleanliness. Did not seem like there was much care this year in the cleaning.

Great place

This was the second time that we stayed here. We enjoyed it both times. The only negative thing I have to say about it is that furniture is in need of replacement. We find this with so many vacation rentals the longer your stay is the more time you spend relaxing at the home. The chase lounge was worn out where we stayed two years ago. It is still there and now the springs are poking up into your rear end.

Great Place

Excellent space for a family to stay. Lots of room and fun games available. Nice location. Comfy beds and over all just a really nice place to stay.

Oregon coast getaway

This home can accommodate several, so it felt unnecessarily large for the 2 of us. The living room furniture is well worn and there’s a thick unattractive tablecloth on the dining table. The place was clean but we had to wait an extra hour to get inside as cleaning was still in process. Due to this situation, we were notified that we could check out at 11 am instead of 10. However, the next cleaning person apparently hadn’t been told so arrived close to 10. Considering the extra fees we are charged for cleaning and VRBO, I was disappointed. We were comfortable and did enjoy our stay in Newport.

Felt like home away from home

As soon as we walked in the house it felt like home. Had everything we needed and things we did not know we needed. The lay out of the home was perfect and will be perfect when we come back with a few more family members. The location is perfect walking distance from the ocean, restaurants and shops. Can’t wait to come back next year.

Nice place with a slight ocean view

We enjoyed our stay very much. The living room and dining room were plenty big for the seven of us. And there was a view of the ocean between houses--and it happened to be right where we could see the sun set, which was nice. The kitchen was well-stocked and even had a few staples--although a 12-inch frying pan would have been nice. Beds were comfortable and showers good. The upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms were quite nice. The downstairs bedrooms had double doors that did not open and close easily, but they were okay. The downstairs bathroom was small, but functional. We had a problem the first morning after breakfast. We smelled gas in the kitchen, but the burners on the gas stove all pointed to off. I texted the office, and someone came out within a few minutes. He said one burner had a knob that was bent and so we had to turn it past Off to actually turn it off. We were impressed with how quickly they dealt with the issue. Communication was excellent throughout. The house is on a steep little hill, so we got our exercise returning from the beach. But it was a short walk to the ocean, and we also enjoyed walking around the Nye Beach area. We do recommend this house.

Great home very close to many fun shops and dining. We had a really wonderful time. Though this home is owned vacasa which, as we are in a housing crisis, is displeasing. We will not stay in properties like this in the future for moral reasons.

nice weekend getaway

This humble looking house is quite spacious inside, yet cozy at the same time. Nicely finished basement and the upstairs provided ample accommodations for our family of seven. Three bathrooms, nice kitchen and a living area, plenty of bedroom space. The weather wasn't the best, so we spent more time indoors than expected. Very pleased overall.

Meh. Very corporate.

This was a weird mish-mash of classic beach house (random games and books, lumpy old furniture) and corporate (no information at all that you'd expect in a vacation rental - no "local attractions and restaurants guide," no "here's how to use things in the house" - I'm sure the little gas fireplace is great if you can figure out how to use it, which we couldn't. Two standouts, though - three bathrooms, NO BATHTUB, and for some reason the dining room table is covered in heavy plastic, which made us immediately dub it The Murder Table.
