« me and my family stayed at this property for 3 days. it was amazing. from the views to the privacy.cabin was clean and neat. it has everything we needed for the weekend from cookware to cleaning supplies. close to some amazing spots that we kayaked and hiked in. we felt very safe with couple of gates between the property and public roads. will Definity recommend this property and will visit again. »

« We loved our stay in the cabin! The unique details, charm and beautiful surroundings made this the perfect vacation! The best part of this rental however was our host Amy and her fantastic family! Amy was attentive, gracious and went out of her way to make us feel welcome as did her family! We will definitely stay here again in future! »

« The lake front cabin is just as described and very private for a relaxing vacation. Plenty of room for all of us. Having a door to separate the 2 spaces gave the kids one half of the house and we utilized the loft with the large bathroom on the other side which made it more private and had the lake view. We used the dock and kayaks every day and fished and swam as the weather was perfect. We definitely recommend this property and will book again in the future! »

« We stayed at the home while getting our son settled in as a freshman at Virginia Tech and also spent some time enjoying the area. It's an older building in a rustic setting, but the home has been updated and we found it to be clean and comfortable. The nearby creek is lovely. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. »

« The place is totally awesome. My family of 10 came in for a wedding from Alabama & Pennsylvania . It had well enough bedding and very large open kitchen with living room concept for all of us to be together. The house her been recently renovated and has beautiful colors and very large bathrooms . My grandkids were able to play in the creek that was in the backyard . We are coming back for another family wedding in October and will definitely try to get the house again. »

« This cabin was absolutely perfect for our family! The property is so beautiful and private. We were there for my daughter's graduation from Virginia Tech. I only wish we had a little more time to relax by the firepit and enjoy the soothing sounds of the stream that runs along the property. »

« First and foremost, the property was as described and very clean. This is the last cabin on this trail and the privacy is very nice. Very well appointed and had everything we needed. From relaxing in the hot tub or sitting by the fire listening to the water it was so relaxing and peaceful. We will definitely be returning. »
