The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, toaster, microwave, kettle, and all necessary cutlery, cookware, and cooking utensils. There’s a dining table and chairs for meals, as well as an iron and ironing board for added convenience.

Guest Access:
When you arrive at the property, there is a driveway that leads to the carpark however this is very tight and only fits small cars. For larger cars, please park on the road which is free to avoid scratching your car on the driveway.
Once parked, go to the front door where the key safe is located. If you parked on the road, walk up the driveway and the front door is on your left. The key safe is the let hand side. Please use the below code to open the box, remove the keys, close the lockbox and muddle up the code.

Getting Around:
The property is easily accessible by road, located near the A422 and M1, providing straightforward access to nearby towns such as Milton Keynes (about a 15-minute drive) and Bedford. The M1 motorway also connects to London and the North. Local taxi services and Uber are available for getting around without a car.
The nearest railway station is Milton Keynes Central, approximately a 15-20 minute drive away. From here, you can catch direct trains to London Euston (around 35 minutes), Birmingham, and other major destinations.
Bedford and Wolverton stations are also nearby for alternative routes.
The property is located in a rural area, so bus services are more limited. However, buses run from nearby Sherington village to Newport Pagnell and Milton Keynes, where you can connect to wider bus and transport networks.
The surrounding area offers picturesque walking paths, perfect for exploring the countryside and the village of Sherington, known for its charming scenery.
The local roads and countryside paths make for enjoyable cycling routes. Milton Keynes’ famous Redways cycling network is nearby, offering dedicated cycle paths to explore the city and its green spaces.
