« This home is great with four bedrooms and a nice backyard. Was a short walk to restaurants and pubs. A convenience store a few doors down made it easy to buy anything we needed from food, snacks and drinks including spirits and beer. Hosts when above and beyond our expectations for us to have a wonderful stay. After four days we left and forgot a few things at the home. « Absolutely beautiful property, spotlessly clean and loved the jacuzzi (which was set up and ready to go!) parking outside the house and visitor parking if you have more than 2 cars. « We booked a so called “luxury” property through Expedia, and what we arrived to was diabolical. This is not an exaggeration from the moment we arrived, it was obvious the property was in a disgraceful condition. The settee was broken and leaning, covered in stains, the walls were filthy, and the garden was completely overgrown. To make matters worse, a full, rotting bin outside was swarming with flies, which were flying into the house as we opened the door. We contacted the management company...

« Large group of friends getting together for a weekend - this was the perfect house for us and in a perfect location for all the best spots of the new forest! Beautiful with loads of space and lovely big garden for the kids and dogs. Host was also incredibly friendly, responsive and helpful! »

« Lovely little house, well placed tucked away from the main thoroughfare. Pub/Chinese restaurant, fish and chip shop and a corner shop all within 50 yards of the property. Center of Christchurch is a 15 minute walk. Owners are quick to respond to any questions. We did find the hot water system was a bit temperamental, however we were informed that it was due for a service. »

« We were excited for our stay as working mums some precious time for R&R was much anticipated. The listing on Arbo looked great … nice setting & a hot tub over looking fields was the tranquil getaway we had in mind. However When we arrived we found the hot tun had not been cleaned (like & mud & hair). Also the temperature was.not hot.The accommodation wa dirty.. cups that were dirty with lisp it marked, shower not cleaned properly & bin dirty too. Worktops also dirty. « Fantastic location for hikes and getting around the island. The house was a great size for 8 adults with the ground floor bedrooms being excellent for old people. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need if you wish to cook and plenty of crockery and cutlery. The only issue we had was that whilst two of the baths in 2 bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) have showers attachments it is difficult to use as a shower as you have to hold the shower attachment whilst trying to...
