Constructed in 2021, Maple has been finished to a very high standard to create the perfect place to make lasting memories. Pristine and gracefully furnished, this eco-friendly cottage is set on one level, enjoy charming views over the surrounding countryside. It has underfloor heating and a private 5-seater hot tub and outdoor seating in the enclosed garden, perfect for enjoying those long summer evenings together. Guests will love the contemporary open-plan living area space which is stylish and full of light. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining area is a great space to enjoy a romantic meal together. Little Dunley Cottages have worked hard to minimise their impact on the environment. The heating for each of the cottages is provided by solar panels and a biomass boiler which uses waste wood from a neighbouring business. The complex provides all their own water using a borehole on site and a fully serviced water treatment plant. Guests also have use of the fishing lakes (licence required) and the tennis court.
