Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Lage. Die Zimmerausstattung ist gut. Der Service ist nur befriedigend. Die Preise des Restaurants sind gemessen an der Qualität überhöht.

wenig Seeblick aus "seaview supriour room "
wir hatten ein " Superiour seaview " Zimmer gebucht . Leider waren wir von der Aussicht sehr enttäuscht , da ein riesiger Felsen vor dem Fenster die Aussicht versperrte . ( siehe Photo )Vom Meer war aus diesem Zimmer kaum was zu sehen , deshalb bewerten wir das Hotel nur mit befriedigend .

The Leela Kovalam is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The hotel staff go over and beyond to make your stay and experience a very comfortable one. The dining experience is also fantastic where you get to savour local Kerala delicacies. This place is highly recommended whilst visiting Trivandrum.

I cannot say enough good things about this gorgeous property! From the time we checked in, to our checkout, we were treated like royalty! The front office manager Reshma T. Made our entire stay very pleasant and was always available with a helping hand! A new intern by the name of Olivia brought a smile to our faces each time she greeted us warmly! The dining was amazing and the sightseeing around the property left us totally captivated! Kerala is truly God’s own country!

The location, the food and service are top class. Would stay there again. So many choices of nutritious, healthy and tasty vegetarian food in every meal. Walk to the beach is a bonus. The staff are not being themselves when on the job; the customers and the upper management don’t seem to treat the hard working staff well; they are being treated like robots. This issue is not particular to this property but applicable to many other resorts.

Lovely relaxing location on the Arabian Sea. Staff were so hospitable and so friendly. We cannot say enough about the staff! We stayed in the Club Room section. Rooms were very nice and very clean and infinity pool and loungers were wonderful. We had a balcony overlooking the sea and were able to watch the fisherman diving in the morning. In the club section you also have access to an extra dining area in the cafe which was lovely. We adored the staff in there. The Leela was the perfect place to end our three week tour of India. 5 stars!
