It was my first time staying at a motel since everything else was sold out due to the eclipse. The staff and service was excellent. We had an issue with the key and then the microwave, and both were fixed quickly and efficiently. We had a good experience. I would recommend this motel.

The property's location is great. It is very close to Niagara Falls and to other stores like Target, restaurants, etc. It's not dirty, but it could be better. Bed sheets has lots of fur. Our room (108) smells like wet clothes that didn't dry. Bathroom is okay but the soap that was there has been used and housekeeper didn't tossed it. I wonder if our bed sheets/pillow cases/towels have been washed either? Front desk staff is okay, not friendly, but no big deal. Overall, not recommended. But if you're on a budget, you can try.

The room was not clean, no space , we got no room service, front desk worker was very rude and disrespectful, I felt very unwelcome and I would never recommend no one to this motel

Besides that my room was close to the road, there was a terrible noise coming from the road ( for a while I tough my room was in the middle of the street) To make me more cursed, the neighbors and their children shouted at other neighbors , and this until 2 a.m.( why those 2 children's where still running aroud and scremminf at 01h00 in the morning) The room is correct and clean, but the noise from the road and the neighborhood makes I had a very bad night.

There’s no telephone in the room for local calls or emergencies. The doors don’t shut properly the room is so small you can’t even put your suitcase on the floor without tripping over it. The bed sheets were stained the room smelled there was new car scent air fresheners hanging from the light fixture. No fridge in the room of broken dresser and not even a chair. The carpet was stained. The toilet was low to the ground. The only thing was freshly tiled was the bathroom. We tried to get a refund. The manager refused to give us a refund even though we claimed that nothing match the description that we got off Expedia. Expedia said that the manager was going to give us a refund. The manager said they have a zero refund policy so we were stuck there for three nights . Horrible, horrible, horrible.

The place is Quite, but the Room is too small, and the bathroom's vacuum does Not work... So if you want to use the Bathroom for a good period of time, so the smell would come to the living room... With that being said we had to keep the main door open most of the time... And if you want to rent a room there, DO NOT rent room 112.... Again Do Not rent room 112.... The next door is for rooms service, like the Laundry and other services, and the stuff there would stand and talk too loud, especially in the Morning, Not even thinking that there is someone in room 112.... The day we were getting ready to leave, the staff was there early, standing and talking too loud, somehow Yelling and screaming... For a second I tried to go out and tell them to calm down, I however just let it go.... Thank you room service staff that you woke me up early.....

Expedia.com should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this place on their listing. After i reserved the room, i looked at the reviews and there were no good reviews. The room itself had holes in the floor, that were only held together by the carpet. The door had a huge gap in it, it didn't close right, we took all valuables with us every day for lack of privacy. We spent 5 days in this room and we didn't get housekeeping taken care of not one time. Absolutely the worst overnight experience I've ever had.

This was probably one of the worst hotels I stayed in. The rooms are dark, crappy lighting, they need repairs and painted. The bed is very old, uncomfortable and stained. The outside exterior needs repaired and painted. If it’s all you can afford, it will do.

You get what you pay for
It was fine for a roof over our head for the 2 nights. When arriving, couldn't check in 'on time', owner's dad, who was trying to help, struggled to find me in the computer/assign room. The pool was open, but only upon request. No room service, so what towels we had in the room were what we had for the 3 days.

The pool was great. The room was poor. Windows and screen were broken so they did not shut tight and allowed bugs to come into room. Bathroom door was off the hinge so it would not shut tight.

Basic Accommodations
The caravan was a relatively clean and decent hotel. It’s in a great location for shopping. Target, Burlington, Outlet Stores and Walmart are very close by along with a lot of great restaurant options. The room I stayed in was very basic. Be careful if you book room 125 as there are indents in the floor under the carpet by the bed. The entire hotel could use a make over and a thorough cleaning.

This place is eco friendly is because they have trash bins from holiday inn and don’t seem to wash bedding. Checked out upon arrival because we didn’t feel safe.

I was checked in by a teenager and the next day I was told there were NO room services. If we needed towels or toilet paper we had to go to the front office and get it ourselves. I only stayed because it was paid for four days already and I had a paid tour the next day. We ended up leaving a day early anyway because of spiders in the bathroom. I think on my next trip to the falls I'll stay somewhere else.
