Terrific location to Niagara Falls, walking bridge to Canada, and blocks from Casino in an area currently undergoing gentrification. Although the area appears somewhat rough, 2 single 60ish female travellers felt perfectly safe here, and experienced nothing but friendly, helpful neighbors around us. Many food options, ranging from delicious food trucks, to more upscale dining within walking distance. It's a great place to stay if traveling with your dogs. There is a small secured yard in back.
We felt very at home in this cozy cottage, which comes complete with w/d and a few laundry pods, TP in the bathrooms, and a single cup Kuerig and variety coffee pods.
If looking for a sterile hotel experience, don't stay here. Very "homey" with many travelers products left behind, to use if needed, or leave behind for following travelers.
I will definitely return here if in the area.
