Perfect for couples, friends, or small families, the apartment comfortably sleeps up to 3 guests and offers everything needed for a relaxing stay in the centre of Nice. The apartment is fully air-conditioned throughout and offers Wi-Fi access in every room, making it ideal for both short and longer stays.

The bright and comfortable living area has been designed for both relaxation and dining, featuring a deep blue, high-quality sofa bed (140 x 190 cm) and a dining table that seats four guests and extends to accommodate five. (If you wish to use the additional sleeping space, the sofa bed can comfortably sleep two guests. Please note that linen and towels for the sofa bed are available at an additional cost and can be added when booking the property). White tiled flooring runs throughout the apartment, while warm wooden furnishings, including the dining table and TV stand, bring the room together beautifully. A stylish glass coffee table is perfectly positioned beside the sofa for added comfort and convenience.
