Für Kurzaufenthalt: Okei
+ Top Aussicht und Lage + Das Personal war höflich und zuvorkommend - Sauberkeit: in unserem Zimmer war der Boden bei der Ankunft dreckig (staubig & Flecken). Zudem war die Toilette nicht sauber. - Möblierung: die Möblierung ob im Hotelzimmer oder im Poolbereich waren zwar modern und schön, aber sehr gebraucht (Kommode im Zimmer voller Flecken, Tisch im Poolbereich Rostlöcher usw.) - Ringhörigkeit - Parkmöglichkeiten: Parkplätze sind begrenzt vorhanden. Leider kam es vor, dass alle besetzt waren. Öffentliche Parkplätze stehen jedoch am Strassenrand zur Verfügung.

Schönes Hotel in Strandnähe
Unser Aufenthalt im Le Versailles können wir nur weiterempfehlen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Sauberkeit stimmt auch und die Entfernung zum Strand ist mit einem 5 minütigen Spaziergang getan. Die Aussicht vom Zimmer aus ist wunderschön und auch wenn man am Pool liegt kann man das schöne blaue Meer betrachten. Frühstück können wir nur empfehlen, lediglich das Abendessen ist zu teuer für solch winzige Portionen. Die Snacks am Pool schmecken auch sehr gut ! Nizza kann man mit dem Auto oder dem Bus (Bushaltestelle genau vor dem Hotel) erreichen. Dort kann man gut einkaufen und essen gehen. Im Großen und Ganzen würden wir das Hotel nochmal besuchen wenn wir wieder nach Südfrankreich möchten.

Tolle Lage mit modernem Design
Sehr gute Ausgangslage des Hotels für diverse Ausflüge an die Küstenorte und auch ins Landesinnere. Bus nach Nizza und Monaco nur wenige Schritte vom Hotel entfernt. Service ist freundlich und nett. Frühstück ist ok, vom Buffet, aber ohne Käse oder Fleischwaren, dies kostet alles extra. Preis/Leistung eher obere Grenze. Pool sauber, genügend Liegestühle und Badetücher. Zimmer sehr ringhörig! Bad ist geräumig, Zimmer eher klein, dafür gute Betten und schönes Design. Bei vollem Haus wird kein Parkplatz zugesichert, mussten 2x an der Strasse parkieren, was sehr mühsam und unbefriedigend ist. Der kleine Küstenort Villenauve sur France ist ein Geheimtip und absolut bezaubernd! Die Altstadt hat viele feine Restaurants, Bars und Boutiquen.....toll! Trotz allem würden wir wieder dort übernachten und es weiterempfehlen, da es für diese Gegend eher günstig ist und für 1-2 Uebernachtungen völlig ok ist.

Verkehrsgünstig gelegenes Hotel mit schönem Blick
kommen seit 10 Jahren in das Hotel und erkunden die Umgebung immer mit den öffentliche Verkehrsmitteln. Das Auto kann die ganze Zeit am Hotelparkplatz(kostenlos) stehen bleiben. Zum Strand sind es nur 15 Minuten zu Fuss.

Zu wenig für einen stolzen Preis...
Wir waren 3 Nächte im Les Versaille. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr unaufmerksam ! Unter Service verstehen wir in Deutschland etwas anderes. Die Lage und der Blick vom Balkon sind toll ! Positiv zu erwähnen sind auch die kostenlosen und großzügigen Parkplätze. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber für diesen Preis inakzeptabel. Das Doppelbett ist zu klein, das Bad besitzt keine Dusche sondern nur eine Badewanne ohne Duschvorhang !!! Das Frühstück war uns zu teuer. Fazit: Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, dass den europäischen Standards nicht entspricht. Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht ! Dennoch hat uns Villefranche-sur-mer sehr gut gefallen !

This is the second time for me to stay in this hotel, the last stay twenty years ago before the remodel. I liked the hotel then and like it even more now. What a beautiful place, with a lovely bar and restaurant, and a large pool where I could really get a swim. I will definitely stay here again.

Hotellet har en fantastisk utsikt, bestilte et rom med balkong. Balkongen var grei, to plaststoler og et bord der, men flott utsikt. Rommet var greit. Badet var nytt og flott! Muligens at de holder på med litt oppussing for tiden? Var ingen bilder/pynt på rommet så litt «sterilt» mtp pris. Bassengområdet er noe av det beste med hotellet syntes jeg. Mulighet for å sitte ned ved bord å ha lunsj eller få levert drikke til solsengen. Restauranten «La terrasse Versailles» har god mat, jeg hadde trøffel pasta og var meget fornøyd. Gode bussforbindelser til Saint Jean Cap Ferrat. 10 min gåtur til sentrum i flotte omgivelser, men jeg tok taxi til togstasjonen med bagasjen, da det er tidvis bratt og trange gater.

The hotel has a beautiful view and the pool was lovely. The room was okay - the bed was comfortable but there were not many amenities in the room (no fridge, cups etc.) although I have read that those could be requested. Given the heightened awareness of cleanliness during COVID, we did feel the room was not up to standard (when we arrived we found multiple handprints from makeup throughout the bathroom and on the provided toiletries which made us question if it was properly cleaned). As some other reviews mention, you can hear a lot from the other rooms but this was not frequent. We enjoyed our stay and likely the location but would recommend some additional attention to cleaning and room amenities.

The most wonderful hotel and best kept secret of the south of France! The views from the terrace and entrance lobby are simply stunning and the pool looked out over the bay towards Cap Ferrat. The staff were so kind and helpful and generous with their time, whenever we asked a question. The service was wonderful and I loved it so much that I cried when we left!

Good location but the hotel is looking a bit tired and in need of a refurb. The A/C broke for a couple of days and it was sweltering. Service was ok but not outstanding. The hotel invited lots of non residents in to use the pool meaning it became very crowded with too many people for the sun beds available and the staff became stressed. Restaurant good.

Hotell med god beliggenhet og flott utsikt mot havnen. Delvis oppussede rom, nytt bad. AC slet litt med å holde nede temperaturen. Veldig bra service generelt, men da hotellet skulle stenge for sesongen var det for lite god vin igjen til oss som bodde på siste dager. God pool til å slappe av før en spasserer ned til gamle sentrum av Villefrance Sur Mer. Tar 1 1/2 time å spassere til Nice sentrum via flott men røff sti ved sjøen.

Le Versailles - Villefranche
As a frequent visitor to the surrounding area I have, many times, passed this hotel while travelling either towards Monaco or in the opposite direction Nice. As it was my birthday, my husband and I decided to celebrate with a few days in the South of France and decided on this hotel. I was not disappointed. The reception area was immaculate and the staff very helpful and welcoming but turn 90 degrees and you have the most amazing view over the bay of Villefranche over to St Jean Cap Ferrat. We were on the floor 3 (3 floors below entrance). The room was very clean, could do with some updating regarding wardrobes and a kettle would have been a nice addition but to open the curtains to be met with a spectacular view was fantastic. We had breakfast in the hotel which had a good selection of juices, pasties, buns and bread plus amazing homemade banana bread and lemon cake. There were also the usual cold meats / cheese and scrambled eggs. The staff were welcoming. We sat on the terrace overlooking the bay with the pool area alongside was lovely. Villefranche is such a lovely place you get buses to Menton via Monaco / St jean cap ferrat and Nice. We didn't eat in the hotel at night but instead walked the small distance down to the port with a great selection of restaurants for every taste. We ended each night with a glass of delicious Rose wine on the roof terrace lounge looking out to the bay. Spectacular. I will definitely return to this hotel.

Great view and quiet area. The hotel itself was old but clean. Staff was good, especially the restaurant on the ground floor's staff was great. Need to improve breakfast. Overall, it was nice for the price.

Virkelig hyggeligt hotel - dog meget lydt!
alt ialt et rigtig godt hotel, hvor alle værelser har balkon med havudsigt. God service i receptionen og hyggeligt poolområde. Vi fik et køleskab på værelset, da vi efterspurgte det. Der er dog virkelig lydt og ALT hvad der foregår udenfor værelset kan høres! Det kunne være været lækkert med en tekande til kaffe på værelset. Ellers upåklageligt.

Great experience in villefranche
We had a really lovely stay. The hotel is very comfortable with fabulous views! We had a double room on the 1st floor and it was perfect. Decent size and a really comfortable bed. Bathroom very nice too. The pool area isn’t huge but it’s got lots of sun and some shade. Just recommend getting there early to get a sun lounger. We had breakfast one morning there - it’s lovely by the pool and the homemade marmalade was to die for. But a bit expensive at €18 each. We had cocktails on their rooftop lounge which were delicious but opted to eat in restaurants in town, as again, prices were really expensive. The town is a short 8 min walk away or so down the hill, with wonderful restaurants and shopping, and the beach and train station too. Overall a great stay and would stay there again!
