The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, etc.) blends harmoniously into the living space and invites you to share good times, whether over morning coffee or dinner after a busy day.

The large terrace, which runs the entire length of the apartment, is a real asset: a pleasant space to work in peace, relax, or simply enjoy the outdoors.

In terms of location, you will be close to everything! Essential shops are just a few minutes' walk away, as is the bus station. The SNCF train station and the beach are a fifteen-minute walk away, allowing you to enjoy the city and the sea to the fullest without any constraints.

The apartment is located in the center of Cagnes-sur-Mer but in a quiet area.
All shops are less than a 5-minute walk away, and the train station and sea are about 15 minutes away.

## Transit

Various bus lines pass by in the immediate vicinity, and the train, which is an excellent way to visit the entire French Riviera in complete serenity, is only a 15-minute walk away. If you come by car, private parking will be available.
