« A very good hotel and restaurant. Big room, clean, with good beds. Excellent dinner at their restaurant with good and nice service. The breakfast was very good, with a lot of things to enjoy (especially the Nutella machine that gave me exact the amount of Nutella I wanted!). Located in a small peaceful village. This day we got a free opera concert at the park by the river. The hotel and its restaurant give a lot of value for the money. I recommend is strongly and I will return. »

« Newly remodeled hotel in an older building in downtown Frickenhausen. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, clean, and everything looks brand new. Comfortable beds and the A/C works great. Friendly and helpful English-speaking staff, excellent breakfast, and nice beer garden. Free parking is a three-minute walk. We've stayed there twice during the summer of 2025. Would I stay there again? Yes! »

« The property does not open until 5 pm so I had to wait 3 hrs sitting on the floor outside. I was hoping to leave my bags and go, but so such luck. The man who checked me in was very nice and helpful. The bus stop is just outside and will take you to the train station or city centre. The room was big but very hot inside. It was a great budget option. »

« Check in went great and parking was on property and easy. Close to Wurzburg and dinner was excellent. The area is ver nice. Be careful that you don’t try taking a large vehicle down the street a block below the Main Street. Great decorations throughout and very comfortable beds and nice rooms. »

« Staff is courteous and has a good command of English. The hotel itself has a great, homely atmosphere with the unique experience of having breakfast in an old wine Celler. The hotel is also located about 5-10 minutes walk from the train station which has easy service to Würzburg and Nürnberg. In Nurnberg the Main train station is right across the street from the old town. Only down side is that if you drive yourself you will have to park on the street.
