« When we got to the property we had an issue with cleanliness of the property. I immediately called Michelle the property manager and she had the unit cleaned within 2 hours while we went to dinner. Also had a coffee machine issue. She had a brand new delivered from Walmart with coffee. Outstanding stay. »

« We stayed at this property May 23-30, 2026. This house is divided into 3 units with a shared laundry room, workout room and back yard. Our unit was upstairs. Overall this was a great stay! Unit is located in a nice neighborhood with plenty of street parking, within a short drive of quite a few commercial areas. The unit itself was spacious, clean and has everything you need. The host is VERY accessible and responsive. Would most definitely stay here again. »

« Genie & Mark were very accommodating…From the upgraded kitchen to the upgraded bathrooms to the very clean, inviting & comfortable bedrooms their attention to detail was amazing…Throw in the complimentary slippers & toothbrushes and you feel like your in a 5 a star resort…We come up this way annually and with the house minutes away from everything we will look forward to our return…I’m sure they have upgraded plans for the backyard and can hardly wait for the finished results…See you again ...

« This house was a perfect location and configuration for our family! It was in a charming area within walking distance of the main street; close enough to SLO for Cal Poly graduation weekend, yet far enough away that it wasn't too crowded on their busiest weekend of the year. The front patio with a small fire pit table and gas grill was a terrific setting for our family gathering to celebrate. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bedrooms were comfortable and the living area was spacious...

« We had our family at the house over the Thanksgiving holiday. That’s 6 adults and 3 kids ages 11 (boy) and girls (both 8). The house sleeps 8 comfortably but our grandson opted for an inflatable mattress instead of the fold out downstairs. The house could use some curtains or blinds in the upstairs living area. There is lots of glass and the sun can be blinding. But overall, the house is comfortable, orderly and everything works. The host was very responsive. »
