« Beautiful, comfortable, and location location, location!! So many amenities, way more then expected, they really have thought of everything to make this an incredible stay. King bed in master bedroom was very comfortable. Shower head was amazing we need to update ours at home now lol! Small patio was perfect for bbq and sitting outside. All dishes/pans etc were organized updated and clean. Neighbor locals were t very friendly. Will definitely book again!! »

« This was the perfect setup for us and our two girls. Plenty of everything you need in the place. Very close to Nokomis beach! The pool was also very clutch. We recommend beach first, then a dip in the pool to cool you off. Try Pop’s and the ice cream spot. All walking distance. 10/10! »

« We loved it here! Perfect location close to the beach and my parents who spend their winter in Venice. We enjoyed sunsets on the beach every night. Lovely neighborhood for walking. Very nice pool. The unit was great for me and my husband and our 3 kids ages 15-26. Staff was very quick to respond to any request. Can’t wait to visit again! »

« I took my 84 year old mother for a visit, Jan 10-12.There was a festival in town so homes were limited. I had several texts with the host prior to our stay. At 4:30pm the day of check-in I had not received a code to get into the property. I texted the host, Crystal. She texted back that she didn't have my reservation. I sent her the confirmation emails. « This is a very nice spot and so convenient to so many things. FYI, we could not get the TV in the living room to work. May need to be checked. The only thing that was a little disappointing is that a very large family took over the pool for the whole weekend so it was not really open or welcoming to anyone else. Great group place. »
