„Fairly close to many shops and places to eat but far enough to be quiet. “

„We loved the location and it had everything we needed. We loved getting to walked up to Wanderoo bar, around the neighborhood and it was also a short walk into town. It is uphill on the way back but we wanted the exercise! It has a slight musty smell but that is to be expected with older buildings. Overall, we had a great experience here!“

„We stayed here on a recent visit for a baseball tournament. The location was great for walking visits to campus and convenient to Fayetteville and surrounding area! Loved the comfortable clean accommodations and enjoyed the yard and views from the property! Tournament was rained out having a perfect place to hang out made it a fun get away for all of us! Would definitely stay here again! “
