« This is a small but very comfy 4th floor apartment in a great location! Bed is awesome! Added bonus is a space in a parking garage. We enjoyed proximity to Union Station (great coffee at the Pig Train coffee place) and we liked just walking around. Church & Union Restaurant was excellent. Host helped us get settled and responded whenever she could. »

« We used this property to attend a concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater which is about a 15 minute drive. This property is near Sloan Lake which has a beautiful walking trail. This property has plenty of restaurants, shopping, and coffee shops near by. The property is clean and comfortable. We are 100% satisfied!!! »

« Cute attic apartment! The queen size beds were very comfortable and everything was really clean. Perfect size kitchen for coffee and snacks. Space was bright during the day and the blinds kept the light out in the morning. The neighborhood was quiet and the parking was easy. »

« We had an incredible stay at David’s place! The apartment was well taken care of and in a super convenient location. It was easy to get to downtown with Lyfts or scooters. We were greeted by a very lovable pup, Edward, and the host made himself readily available if we needed anything. »

« Great stay overall. The host was very responsive to any questions or needs that we had. The place was quiet, cute, clean, well decorated, and in a great location. As others have said in reviews, it would be nice to have a small dresser or somewhere to put our clothes or even just space to set our luggage on besides the dining chairs or the table. I believe the listing says there is a queen and a full bed, but there is indeed only one bed. I don't believe it is a queen, but I could be wrong. The...

« The coolest place I have had the chance to stay!! The views are amazing and having access to the pool, sauna, hot tub and more are above and beyond. The place is super clean and the host was so accommodating to our needs/asks!!! I highly recommend if you are visiting Denver or want a staycation to take a look at this place. »

« This was a great fun place for a girls weekend. Sleeps 4 adults comfortably. Good AC. Very nice neighbors and complex. Good price and deal. About a mile walk to larimer square and 16th Street and LoDo. Plenty of cheap Uber if you don't want to walk or use the lime scooters. »

« We had a great stay in the Baker neighborhood. It's as close as advertised to shops and restaurants and it's also in a quiet few blocks that was perfect for walking my dog and a very short drive from downtown. The apartment was perfect for our stay and was clean and comfortable. The parking was convenient and the owner was very responsive to questions and proactive about communication. We had a fantastic time! »
