« We found the cottage to be exactly as it was presented. We enjoyed our two night stay. It was very peaceful. We hiked at Payne's prairie. And visited Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings home. The historic town of Micanopy was quaint. We had the best Cuban sandwich ever there. We hope to be back. »

« The cottage was perfect for a two night stay with our Golden Retriever. The location was ideal for morning and evening walks through the beautiful neighborhood. We walked to dinner each night, and were able to enjoy the old historic homes and see everyone getting ready for the holiday season. « the cabin was full of bugs and i told her i was trailering a boat and asked if that would be a problem, she assured me it wouldn't, it turned out to be a problem evetime i tried to go there there was nowhere to park or turn boat around, i had to wake up strangers in the middle of the night to move their vehicle so i could get boat in, then she allowed a big RV to park in driveway parking spots and it took up the whole area, it didn't park to one side it parked right in the middle blocking...

« I’m so glad I found this place. It’s a perfect location— close enough to get to Daytona easily, but it’s a peaceful and quiet country paradise to relax at the end of the day. The host is thoughtful and responds immediately and the place was spotless with everything you could possibly need. An easy 5 stars, and I’d give it a 6th for being able to view the rocket launches if they’d let me. The donkey and ducks deserve a few stars too. »
