„I booked a deluxe king room, but I failed to see what was deluxe about it. Some of the photos show a bathtub in the bathroom but our room had only a shower. The vent fan didn't work. One of the main reason we stayed here was because of the rooftop bar but upon our arrival we discovered that the bar was booked for a private venue. The only good part of our stay was the staff, they were very friendly. The room was also clean. “

„The shower didn’t have a steady stream of water. The pool could’ve been more clean. Did not like the location of the faucet controls. Love the evening reception and happy hour! Elevators were clean but there was a spill of goldfish for a long time in one elevator. We had an AMAZING stay overall. Thanks for all the staff who cleaned and served us during our stay!“
