« This property is a hotel resort and casino. We look forward to playing on the casino floor and it turns out they are doing an upgrade, which meant that if you had a win at the machines they had to hand pay you instead of receiving a ticket. It was extremely cumbersome and took away the fun. They also couldn't print players cards that customer wasn't eligible for any of the rewards. « I went looking for the ice machine could not call the front desk from my room to ask locations so I actually went to the front desk, they stated there was a phone service issue then told me were to find the Ice machine then after going to the vending location sadly my room key would not access the Vending area. Frustrated I never got any ice »

« The owners have definitely tried to spruce this place up. Very clean and bathroom was a nice place to shower. I’ve machine was broken but manager had a bag of ice to fill bucket. Bed was very soft. Too soft for us, but some people might like that. It was okay for one night on the way to somewhere else. »
