« Absoutley disgusted in what has happened. The place was double booked and myself and the other customer tried ringing multiple times and have had no answer. Also had to find other accomdation which wasnt cheap at all. Will never book here and will be tell social media about it as well. Thanks for destroying what was meant to be a weekend with life long friends and memorable. I will be taking this matter further »

We had to ask for a replacement BBQ as the electric one outside was terrible, we ruined some of our food trying to cook with it. No non-stick frying pans available, no spray & wipe or baking paper / foil supplied. Cooking our meals was a struggle overall. Multiple light fixtures need replacing, the outdoor TV is...
