« The room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The amenities were fine. The check in was good. I had no complaints except when our TV went out and the internet was out we had no one to turn to to help us because no one was there to help. No staff on duty is a problem. A phone number in the rooms that you can call with a problem would be nice. »

« Large room but very small bathroom. They could enlarge it. Shower much too low. Would be good for 5 foot people. Lighting insufficient at entrance of the room. Quiet location (no football game) and walls seems soundproof because I slept well. Room is smelling terribly bad. Although smoking in the room is forbidden by law since 2010, the smoke smell is still there. Renovation (not only paint) is needed to solve that problem. »

« Most of this building is low income long term room renters. They all yell at each other all night. Constant in and out to smoke everything under the sun. Resident are rude and always blocking entrances. This is not a hotel. It’s horrible. »

« The grounds are very pleasant. I needed to change original room due to very strong musty smell as well as super strong varnish odor. Owners were very quick to offer another room. So I do feel satisfied with that. Not the cleanest but was very affordable compared to other places in the area. I guess I got what I paid for. But I wouldn’t stay again. »

« Over all the stay was good but what threw me was the price. When I booked it paid $215 and it appeared to be the WHOLE COST. About a $100 dollars a night is usually what I look for. Knew area and that there are other much fancier places with higher prices. There were 2 places that came up i was interested in, and both appeared to be in range.
