„We got downgraded from a three bed- to a two bedroom. We specifically booked and payed for it for extra space to lay out damp or freshly washed clothes to dry. No staff on premise to talk to (self checkin). Above us was hot tub and sauna, and despite officially being closed at 22:00, kids were still running and trampling on around on our wooden rooftop way past midnight.

„Everything was clean and nice, we really enjoyed the stay. The rooms were spacious enough and comfortable. Breakfast had nice choices.
Only minor complaint was going into the restaurant. Despite multiple waiters only one would bring you to the table which created some unnecessary waiting time“

„Das Zimmer (Superior mit Meerblick) war angeblich neu renoviert aber trotzdem bereits teilweise mit Mängeln (Schimmel aufgrund defekter Lüftung im Bad). Das Hotel hat eigentlich sehr viel Charme und Potential, das aber aktuell leider nicht genutzt wird. Das Frühstück ist leider auch nur auf niedrigem Niveau (qualitativ und in der Präsentation der Speisen)“
