« Sparkling clean and very spacious with gorgeous waterfront view. We were in Driftwood. We appreciated the amenities provided, the clear instructions on check in and out as well as the tips provided. There are wonderful breakfast options nearby and while we spent most of our time in Bar Harbor and Acadia, we appreciated being away from a busy downtown. Just note that from the more popular Acadia attractions, this is about a 20 min drive. Road noise wasn't too bad, we used the fans and ran the AC...

« We had an amazing week hiking in Acadia, enjoying Bar Harbor, and on the water. The house is on the outskirts of Bar Harbor and we enjoyed the quiet location. We walked into town a few times but mostly drove since there is no sidewalk and it requires walking on the side of the road, but it was easy to get in and out. The house is dog friendly with a small yard. Overall, this was great and we would stay here again if we return to Bar Harbor! »

« My family and I truly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and well kept and everything was new. As far as the location goes, Southwest Harbor is an adorable town and, of course, never too far from the other attractions of MDI. »

« The property is exactly as described; clean, easy check in & out, great choices on the TV, and nicely located. Perfect place for us to relax after a day of exploring Acadia National Park. There are great, delicious choices for Maine lobster meals and homemade blueberry pie. Blueberry Hill ice cream and Pat's Pizza are a must try. The property manager is responsive bot before and during our stay.Plan to stay here again the next time we come to hike. »

« Location of the house is great! Everything in bar harbor is walkable and it’s a quick drive to Acadia. The house is well stocked. My only small criticism is that some of the appliances and the mattress seem pretty outdated, so I say 4.75/5. I loved all the bird themed decor :)Thanks for a great stay! »

« It was just a great spot centrally located right in downtown Bar Harbor. Phenomenal TV and sound system would recommend to anybody and especially that the owner was a former veteran of the arm services and contributes all our part of the rent to friends of Acadia. We will definitely be going back. »

« We stayed in apartment 16 and found it roomy and comfortable for the 3 of us. Great proximity to Mt Desert Island and lobster! I was concerned about being close to the airstrip, but it wasn't loud. People staying upstairs were courteous, but you definitely wake up whenever they start walking around upstairs. We enjoyed the hotub, fire pit with cute s'mores kits and snacks. So glad to have laundry available after all that hiking and biking! »

« It was awesome. Our adult children stayed with us. And it was my first time using a VRBO. We liked being together wish we could have spent more time together but kids have jobs and pets to get back to.
