« The room temperature has to be controlled from the front office . The room temperature was up and down whole stay. Even though we to call the front office couple times per day, the room temperature was up and down and not comfortable. The environment was cozy and calm. »

Loved it! We ordered from their on-site restaurant and they got to our room in 15 minutes and even brought our food in the room which was lovely! The pool/hot tub was amazing!! « Un bel hotel au confort design situé à une trentaine de minutes de Chicago en voiture.. Des restaurants au pied de l'hôtel.... Véhicule conseillé. Une belle vue des chambres situées au delà du 10 étages. Les familles semblent aussi être la bienvenue , l'accueil est très aimable. »
