„Was able to check in early everyone was super friendly “

„Wir kamen sehr spät am Abend an und waren auf der unteren Etage untergebracht, Alexis eine sehr zuvorkommende Dame an der Rezeption. Leider meinten einige Gäste sie müssen vorne beim Frühstücksraum zusammensitzen (was ja nicht schlimm ist) und eine Party feiern in einer sehr starken Lautstärke. Da das Hotel sehr hellhörig ist und man jedes Lachen oder laute sprechen gehört hat, war es unmöglich in den Schlaf zu finden und somit musste ich nach vor gehen und Alexis bitten den Gästen Bescheid zu ...

„Ein tolles Hotel in toller Umgebung. Das Hotel.liegt ca. 20 Meilen westlich von Cleveland Downtown und ca. 5 Meilen südlich vom Ufer des Lake Erie. Um das Hotel gibt es jede Menge Einkaufs- und Essensmöglochkeiten. Alles war Topp!“

„Das 2 Wochen alte Hotel gehört der Hilton Gruppe an. Ausstattung und Personal top. Leider kann man beim Frühstück auch hier nicht auf das Plastikambiente verzichten, was das Ganze schmälert. Auch auf dem Zimmer war von Gläsern keine Spur. Auf den billigen Plastik WC-Sitz hätte man verzichten können. Ein Kosmetikspiegel-bei vielen preiswerteren Unterkünften Standard-fehlt. Mit 151€(Samstag/Sonntag) darf es nicht teurer werden. “

„This was a newly renovated hotel with friendly and helpful staffers. At the bar and restaurant, delicious and interesting food and drinks were delivered by cool yet professional people. I know the hotel is in the home of the football hall of fame, but there is too much focus on sports. Football is on every television and the hotel’s public spaces look like a man cave.“
