« Didn't go to pool area »

« Room has no central hvac. All a/c and heat is all from the buildings system. There’s no way to control how cold or warm the room gets. Brush fire smoke smell was coming into the room from the outside air. Floors were sticky and bathroom floor was dirty. I left before staying the night. Only positive is that I was refunded quickly for the inconvenience. Would not recommend. »

« It was a spotless room. We wanted a king bed but there were no availability left but when I booked, I reserved a king bed room but it’s okay. The room was still nice. I loved the shower. I usually like the pillows but these ones were too firm and hurt my neck. »

« Clean, quiet room. Comfy bed. Spacious bathroom. The only thing i don't like at Fairfield is the bed pillows. They are small and i just can't get comfortable with any of them, even though there are varying levels of soft and harder pillows. Breakfast was good and the coffee was good too. »

« Room was not clean, there was food and grime on the desk, front of mini fridge and night stand. Sink and toilet in bathroom had not been cleaned. We went to Dollar Tree and bought clorox spray and wipes to wipe everything down and clean the bathroom. However, the beds were changed, clean and nicely made. We had come to go swim in the pool and it would have been nice to know before booking this hotel, that the pool was closed until further notice. It was a bit of a surprise and disappointment...
