„Even when the hotel looked brand new, there were a couple issues. Only one of two washer at the laundry room worked. Also the bathroom and the bedroom weren't cleaned well. There were hairs at the bathroom floor and the carpet next to the bed was kinda wet.“

„When we arrived at the front desk to check in, we were greeted by several members of the staff. One of them asked where we were from and what brought us to Tulsa. My wife mentioned that it was her birthday and that we’d come for a shopping trip. As soon as they heard it was her special day, they handed her a tote bag and invited her to fill it with anything she wanted from their lobby commissary. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a wonderful start to her birthday getaway.“
