« Great environment, and Hiram is a very friendly host. Our family of 4 has stayed at the "bridge cottage" (unit "109" out of 8 (?)) for 2 nights, in a very relaxing place (forest/pond/pool). We were looking for a place to rest between big cities' craziness and the cottage was a perfect fit. Wifi was terrible though, barely functional. As long as you don't mind an overall rustic/shabby feel, you'll probably have as good a time here as we did. Worth noting, Hiram answered all our questions really...

The small lake was perfect for kayaking and paddle boating or just sitting and being still, watching the fish jump and even perhaps catching a sight of a bald eagle fishing.
