« The house was great for our family. Quiet neighborhood but easily accessible to the U District and other neighborhoods without having to get on the freeways. Rooms were all big and beds comfortable. Host was great at communicating and providing rules for the home. »

« The house was fantastic! And I just loved the location. For anyone this is a perfect spot near a very walkable grocery store and restaurants. I absolutely love it.I can highly suggest anyone to rent this location. Only one small issue… The “check out” instructions online doesn’t match the written instructions inside. So my brother and I fallowed the written instructions on the inside. »

« It’s a cute house with lots of nice remodeling done. We spent most of the time doing activities around downtown Seattle - about 10mins drive. Conveniently located with restaurants and parks around the neighborhood. Kitchen was well equipped with lots of coffee!!! Thanks, Jesse! We’ll be back! »

« Parking was hard to secure even with the parking decal. We had to park a few blocks away every day. But then again we had to pay for parking everywhere else in the city ! »

« Clean and bright, excellent location, attentive staff. Parking is tight, we followed instructions and rented a compact car, so it worked out. Also, there are 3 floors, but bathrooms are with bedrooms on floor 1 and 3, so be aware. »

« Very clean and fairly quiet property and close to UW. Property has tight parking, but was greatful to have parking available. You have to be able to manage steps. The property is bright and welcoming with balcony and air-condition units in room when needed or wanted. Communication with Host was good and welcoming. Thank you, for allowing us to use your space. »

« Overall, the property was very satisfying. Location was fine and very close to walking trails in Magnuson Park. It was easy to get down to University of Washington and reach the interstate five. The lower level was excellent for accommodating and separating two families. Upper level was fine , but could use more sitting couch or chairs.Kitchen was great. Didn’t get a chance to use the deck. »

« Great place! Wonderful views of the city from our back balcony. Equipped with everything we needed. Very conveniently located to lots of things, including our daughter, who lives just a few blocks away. I had forgotten our pass code to enter the house when I arrived and our host was immediately available by phone and redid my passcode on the spot to get me in. Would absolutely stay here again next time we come to visit our daughter. Thank you! »
