« Oreillers petits et horriblement durs, difficile de bien dormir avec. Pas de sèche cheveux dans la chambre, nous avons demandé à la réception et malgré notre demande, nous n’avons jamais eu de sèche cheveux. Pas de frigo non plus dans la chambre »

« We couldn't believe how spacious this apartment was! Kristi, the manager, communicated with us before and during our stay, and even had a welcome basket with goodies waiting for us in the kitchen. Our unit had a great living room, full kitchen, bedroom with two big beds, and pull-out sofa. And TWO full bathrooms. After a long day of hiking, it was just perfect for the three of us. We fully recommend High Plains Lodge! »

« This historic Fred Harvey property was clean and attractive. It was renovated and reopened in 2019. Staff was welcoming, friendly, and anticipated and fulfilled our every need. We’ve stayed here several times in the past and will stay here again, highly recommend. »

« The room was clean and had the basics, most at least. I found it interesting that wash cloths were not in the room. Most disconcerting is that the toilet seat was broken. There was an issue that when you sat down, the back of the seat and come unhinged and slide. I was able to grab the side of the tub to keep from falling. My husband was not so lucky when he used it. There is no way you could lift the seat without it coming off so I can’t belief housekeeping did not have to deal with it...

« Excellent vieux motel rénové dans l’esprit des années 50 et 60. Patron fort sympathique, petit déjeuner offert. Hébergement à conseiller pour tout ceux qui aiment l’originalité, pour changer des chaînes d’hôtels impersonnels. »

« Clean and easy to get keys for the stay. Breakfast was very slim. No fruit available on multiple days. Don’t know on other breakfast items. Never did find where you can get ice. Every time I went downstairs to ask no one was around even after ringing bell. But rooms were clean and heat worked. Overall would stay again. »

« When we checked in, he asked if we needed anything special. We requested to be on maybe level two or above. He then looked at our reservation and said since we went through a Third Party, he wasn’t able to accommodate us since they were full. Had we gone through them it might have been easier. He gave us a room on the first floor. When we got to our room, it was not very clean. The window was broken. The remote wasn’t even working. We had to go to the front desk to get batteries in order for it...
