Blanchisserie, munissez-vous de monnaie car pas de cash à l'accueil et un mode de paiement par application qui n'a pas marché avec notre carte bleue européenne. « We had a short but great stay. We just needed a couple rooms to lay our head down for a few hours before our long flight home. The customer service was outstanding. The young man at the front desk was so polite, courteous and professional. Honestly, the rest of the stay could have been sub par and I would have still been happy because of this young man, but the stay was great overall. « This is my second time staying at this Tru by Hilton location, and I’ve had another great experience. The hotel is very clean — which I truly appreciate because I’m very sensitive to even the slightest bit of unclean conditions. The staff is always welcoming and kind, and check-in is smooth every time. I’ve arrived later than the 3pm check-in time and never had any issues. Overall, it’s a reliable, comfortable, and pleasant stay. »
