« In truth - everything was great --- employees, front desk, cleanliness, etc.
With that said, I was in room 227 - the only room with no buffer from the 4 lane highway outside. The bathroom didn't have an audible fan. The wall ac unit didn't have constant fan as an option. The road noise was so loud that at times if I put my hand on the wall when a semi truck would go by, the wall would actually vibrate. I'm sure this is a great hotel but the road noise in 227 was disastrous - worst sleeping...

« Regrettable welcome from the Check in. The lady was very unpleasant and did not give us any information about the hotel. We had to ask him questions and we really felt like we were bothering him! The rooms are full of humidity, when we entered the room we felt like we were in a freezer! They are forced to put the air conditioning very cold otherwise the floor gets all set!
Don't be fooled like us by the photos of the hall and the reception which is very beautiful and very design, which is true...

Now, the issue here is that there was no basket in the room upon arrival EXCEPT the WHITE BASKETS we had arrived with! There was no arguing with these people.
