« Nice place conveniently located near attractions and excellent restaurants especially LC BBQ and Niece's Restaurant. We had weak phone signals and couldn't access the wifi but our host quickly answered our phone call and gave us the check in information we needed and tge redt of tge stay was very nice »

« I was so glad we chose your property over a hotel. It was a beautiful neighborhoo. We met one neighbor who was really nice. The inside was beautifully decorated, very clean, and even had extra suppliies if needed. The stairs are a workout, but who doesn't need some exercise. I would highly recommend.Julie »

« Very clean and nice sized bedrooms. Living area is a little small if you have a larger group but doable. Great hot water and pressure in the showers. Huge plus!If you are a washcloth person, there were no wash cloths in the lower level shower. There was only one sharp knife that wasn’t very sharp in the kitchen. If you have a large group there were only 7 forks and no hand towels in the kitchen.Coffee, filters and some seasonings were provided. Nice cabinet space in kitchen.We really appreciated...

« We were in KC for a Cheer Competition. This location worked great! Lots of local option for food/coffee/groceries/Dollar Store (for any items needed or forgotten) and 15-20 minutes to The Convention Center. House worked great for 8 adults and 5 teens. The adults each had our own room and there was enough room in the living space to put the teens. House was clean and everything worked fine. Only recommended items would be paper towels, kleenex and a pizza cutter. We would stay again if Comps...

« This property was perfect for me and my buddy. We were going to see a show at the Uptown on a Monday night and were able to walk to and from the venue easily. Place was interesting and immaculate. Highly recommend »
