« The place was very clean. Great area of town. If I had to make one suggestion it would be about the shower. You have to get in to turn on the water and it’s a big step getting into the shower. If you had an elderly person, I think some sort of rail is needed. That is the only comment. The place was perfect for us. »

She was very friendly and gave us verbal instructions for entry and permission for a 3:30 PM arrival.The facility and our room was beautifully restored.The 2 of us used only the big bedroom with 2 Kings and used only 1 bed. « Close to everything downtown Sandusky. The two bedroom suite was very clean and spacious and was perfect for what we needed. »

« Booked a week in advance. When we arrived the key wasn’t in the lock box. Security guards had no number to call. Found a number in my email. Called and went through the prompts just for them to hang up on me. Called back and then the manager pulled in. She searched around trying to find the key then offered me a different place. We chose that place because it was on the water. So didn’t want a different place. She magically found the key about 30 minutes later. »
