« Everything was wonderful. Great room and food »

« The suite i was in the ac/heater unit in the bedroom didn't work and the breakfast area (mainly drink area) was disgusting. Also told saturday morning by a staff member the water park was closed down all day. when i went to the front desk they hadnt heard anything. Thankfully it wasn't shut down but maybe next time not going around to all the parents and telling them when you don't have the truth or full story. »

« This place is a great place to stay, the air conditioner was perfect as was the bed. I have stayed in hotels many times with horrible beds so this is a plus. The room is nice and clean and I will stay here anytime I come to town. »

« Toilet made loud noise when flushed. Hot tub was out of service. The indoor pool area was always cold due to A/C. Bed was saggy on left side. Breakfast was limited but was good. Someone kept propping side door open - security concern. Room was clean, A/C functional. »
