„Aniommen parken check in wsr super. Gegateter Parkplatz gab ein gutes Sicherheitsgefühl. Unsere Sachen in den Kühlschrank gelegt , war alles tiefgefroren und viel Müll für den nächsten Tag. :) Die Putzfee gat zu hiel auch bon unseren Sachen entsorgt, das wsr übergriffig und nicht gut. “

„We really enjoyed our stay at Phinneywood Basement Hideaway. We slept very well. The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper). It was well lit at night and best of all, it was very affordable for our six-day stay. We hope to be back!“

„Der Service war top, super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab Tipps für Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants, meine Scheine wurden gewechselt, wenn ich Kleingeld für den Bus brauchte und es gab noch Snacks für den Weg. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber und das Bett war bequem. Aus meinem Fenster konnte ich sehen, wie an der Nebenstraße (direkt neben dem Motel) Prostituierte standen... nicht nur abends. “

„Cute little apartment in a wonderful neighborhood. So close to Green Lake itself, and the local shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our time there (and appreciated the ability to get a load of laundry done). Great retreat for a couple!“

„My daughter and I enjoyed staying here very much. This is a unique, well maintained, historic home. Local restaurants and food market are near by, within walking distance. Communication was very easy with the owner.“

„Nice and quiet neighborhood, close to Seattle..20 to 30 min downtown bus ride. Don't take the car. Apartment has everything you need, even washing machine and dryer. Perfect for a few days or a week in Seattle. Nice bars and restaurants in walking distance. Owner very helpful...go for it!“

„This worked out nicely. The place is small, parking abundant and the Tangletown area of Green Lake is close by. I got coffee at Zoka Coffee Roasters each morning, and Aslan Brewing had good beer. Two heads up for families: (1) the main bed is under the loft beds so you are all in the same room while sleeping; and (2) the steps to the loft are very steep - almost ladder like. Our kids are big enough now but if they were a few years younger, I'd have been very uneasy with them sleeping up ...

„Had a lovely stay in this cozy place. Check in was easy with the provided door code. The stairs down the side of the house though are not friendly for those with mobility issues and there were safety concerns walking down this rugged path at night - having automatic lights installed would be key for safety. Even as 3 people in their 30s with good eyesight it was hard to walk down these wooden and stone stairs with suitcases and no lights. Other than that though, safe location, 2 beds were ...

"Das Hotel überzeugt mit moderner und stylischer Ausstattung. Das Zimmer ist eher klein aber fein! Sechste Etage mit dem Blick auf Downtown! Gute Lage zur City, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fußzu erreichen. Lobby und Bar sind gediegen eingerichtet und laden zum Verweilen ein. Beim nächsten Mal in Seattle wieder gerne hier!"

"Die Unterkunft an sich ist Super, top Service , sauberes Zimmer, Parkhaus direkt nebenan 45$/24h , aber , die angrenzende Bar die Teil des Hotels ist katastrophal, uns wurde keine letzte Runde angekündigt , als wir einen Longdrink bestellen wollten wurde uns gesagt nur shots möglich , diesen habe ich bestellt und in meine Cola gemischt , darauf hin wurde mir beides weggenommen und die Rechnung presentiert , meiner Freundin wurde nach weiteren 5 min ihr Wasser weg genommen mit der Aussage wir schließen jetzt. BTW jede andere Person in der Bar hatte noch Drinks , sogar teilweise mehrere….. schon ziemlich dreist "
